Bits of Fall

Fall is here! It arrived quickly and quietly this year. I plan to enjoy the crisp cool mornings, warm days, and early sunsets.  - P

Farewell August

It's hard to believe August is almost over. My flowers are in full bloom but signs of fall are already here. Here's to enjoying the last few weeks of summer. I know I will. -P

A Brief Walk

Sometimes schedules get hectic and work leaves me drained.  These are great times to remember during a late lunch break that the park is just minutes away. I took a much needed walk and got a dose of fresh air today.  -A

Happy 3rd Birthday Blog

Happy birthday blog! A and I went for a 20 mile bike on the towpath last night. Fortunately our schedules coordinated and the weather cooperated. The towpath is where we came up with the idea of starting our blog. 

Although we don't post regularly it is a comfort to know it is always there when we feel inspired or creative.  I tend to think of it as an old friend. Old friends are reliable, loyal, and familiar.

Signs of Summer

I think the end of spring and beginning of summer is one of the most beautiful times of year. Spring flowers are still in bloom while summer flowers are also budding. Check out the photos. - P

Bike Rides Feel Like Mini Vacations

So I spent this morning on my bike. The quiet Sunday traffic and the almost perfect spring weather combined to make it feel like I wasn't just miles from my home. -A
