Happy Birthday Blog!

We may not post as much as we should, but we are still out there enjoying a good bike ride or run when we can!  Today was a beautiful day on the towpath.

Why Did the Deer Cross the River?

Today I think it was for me. So I could stop in complete observation and awe. These are the kinds of interruptions in a daily routine that are welcomed gratefully. Perfect day to be surprised on a run. -A

A Brief Walk

Sometimes schedules get hectic and work leaves me drained.  These are great times to remember during a late lunch break that the park is just minutes away. I took a much needed walk and got a dose of fresh air today.  -A

More Winter Contrast

Although I've been in town all week, we've had quite a contrast in winter here.  Wednesday and Saturday, about 40 degrees difference.  From running in shorts to sled riding in a week.  It was great to open the windows for a day and also to experience the blanket of snow. -A
