Avocado and Egg

I really like avocado so much that I pretty much make it a point to try every recipe I come across with it in it.  I baked an egg in the avocado, sprinkled salt and pepper and ate with crackers.  Yummy. -A

    1. Yes, baked in the oven. I am not really recipe oriented, but I think it was at 350 for at least 15 minutes, until the egg looks done. If I were to do it again, I would scoop out some of the avocado to make a little more room for the egg since it tends to drip on the pan. Next time I make this, I will probably put chili powder or hot sauce between the egg and avocado for a kick. Hope you like it!
